PROCO Terms and Conditions
Important: By enrolling in PROCO programs, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below. Violations may result in legal action or termination of enrollment without refund.
Refund Policy
At PROCO, we are committed to delivering exceptional education quality. Refunds are strictly subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests will only be entertained within 3 days of course commencement.
- You must attend all classes continuously for the first 3 days without any absences.
- Your average score for assessments during this period must be greater than 60%.
- Any rude behavior towards instructors or staff will immediately disqualify you from refund eligibility.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days after approval.
No refunds will be provided after 3 days from course commencement under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, change of mind, or relocation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All PROCO materials are protected under copyright law:
- All course materials (PPT, videos, documents) are proprietary to PROCO.
- Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
- Violators will be subject to legal action under Section 63 of the Copyright Act and may face penalties including fines up to ₹200,000 and/or imprisonment up to 3 years.
- Students must sign an NDA before accessing advanced course materials.
Internship Eligibility
PROCO offers internship opportunities to deserving students based on:
- Maintaining an average score of 75% or higher throughout the program.
- Timely submission of all assignments and projects.
- Demonstration of professional behavior and attitude.
- Attendance record of at least 90% for all sessions.
Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain respectful behavior with instructors and peers at all times.
- Rude or abusive behavior will result in immediate suspension and possible termination of enrollment without refund.
- Three warnings for misconduct will lead to permanent removal from the program.
- Students must keep login credentials confidential - sharing accounts is prohibited.
Mandatory Conditions
- Students must have a working webcam for all live sessions (when required).
- Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory to receive course completion certificate.
- All assignments must be submitted before deadlines - late submissions may affect internship eligibility.
- PROCO reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and these terms without prior notice.
- Students must provide authentic documents during enrollment - falsification will lead to termination.
